Description

Created by weavers of the Chinchero Community, these cloths contain stripes of the Kuichi, Quechuan for rainbow. The rainbow has been central to the Cosmology of the Q’ero and to the Inka who were inspired by these mountain shaman. In this depiction, the kuichi creates pathways of light, representing the spectrum of energies available for personal and collective manifestation. Made of 100% natural alpaca and sheep wool, natural dyes. True colors are Fawn Brown and Cream with rainbow.
Approx: 10.5″ x 11″

Cloths vary slightly from photo as they are individually woven by different weavers.
