Energy Bundles and the Living Art Synergy of Cloth and Stone

Be sure to check back often.  We add to this category many times in a month.

What is a Mesa? In the literal (kaypacha) world, it’s primarily a collection of stones (khuyas) representing steps upon our spiritual path. These stones (given or collected) are often cradled in fabric. Many of these fabrics are woven by the Q’ero and have within their threads messages of energy; a compilation, of sorts, of Q’ero Cosmology.
In the process of becoming a Mesa steward, we are typically involved with a gradual collecting: items, knowledge, experience, and initiation, for example. Yet being a Mesa steward is a living art; it evolves as we do. It’s this evolution and exploration of our spiritual being that the Energy Bundle is all about.
Each Energy Bundle focuses on a certain aspect of the Cosmology: magnifies it, explores it, expresses it in connection with the Mesa. The Bundle could emphasize the Chumpi Stones, dice, symbolic tiles, divination, and the woven symbology of the cloth itself. The fabric might reveal its own complementary pairs, the levels of engagement, tawantinsuyuchacana, or rainbow.
The beauty of the Energy Bundle is that it emphasizes elements, combines them, invites experimentation, thus providing a synergy of experience. Each Energy Bundle is unique; each contains stories and teachings of its own. They invite a deepening of the Mesa Steward’s expression of the Lineage itself.

Give a gift to your Mesa. Explore the possibilities. Adopt or create energy bundles of your own.
