Chakana Choices

The Chakana (or Chacana) or Andean Star is a representation of the stars in the Southern Cross. Much cosmology is layered in the symbol including the medicine wheel, steps on the sacred journey, the three worlds, archetypes, and more. The woven Chakanas are made of all natural sheeps’ wool and alpaca fiber, all natural dyes. Your purchase of these Fair Trade textiles allows entire villages to maintain the life, culture and dignity in their ancestral homes.

We’ve also designed a printed Chacana that may be easily paired and/or carried with your Mesa.
